RECORDING
As an attendee at this event you understand that this event is recorded, and your comments and image/video may be part of that recording if you have them active on Zoom. 2026 IN-PERSON CONFERENCE TERMS: (NOOSA)
REFUNDS
If you can no longer attend the conference, you must provide written notice via email to support@tashcorbin.com in order to access a ticket refund as follows:
– 120 or more days’ notice – 75% refund of up-front ticket price
– 60-119 days’ notice of non-attendance – 50% refund of up-front ticket price
– 59 days or less notice of non-attendance, and no-shows – no refund provided
Refunds will be processed via PayPal or bank transfer within 30 days of receiving the refund request.
Where tickets have been purchased on a payment plan, the refund amount will be calculated as the total amount of payments to date, less the relevant percentage of the up-front ticket price from date of purchase.
ACCOMMODATION CANCELLATION
All accommodation bookings are direct with the venue, and are subject to the venue cancellation policies. We will provide an accommodation booking form for all ticket holders to access the conference room rates at the venue, but this is still a direct booking with the venue, and we are not a party to that transaction. The purchaser is responsible for ensuring they understand and agree to accommodation booking and cancellation policies at the time of booking.
TICKET TRANSFERS
If you wish to transfer your ticket to another person, this can be done with an admin fee payable of $150 AUD. Sellers must not profit from the sale of their ticket, and must provide written notice of the ticket transfer, along with fee payment at least 31 days prior to the start of the event. Ticket transfer notice must be provided in writing to support@tashcorbin.com by the due date provided.
PAYMENT PLANS
Payment plans are binding, and must be completed with automated monthly payments. If a payment declines, it will be attempted a second time after 3 days. If the second payment declines, a third and final attempt will be processed after a further 3 days. If the third payment is declined, the payment plan will be cancelled and the ticket and payments forfeited without refund. Please ensure that you have sufficient funds in your account for all payments.
