Today, we’re talking about something I see come up ALL the time for heart-centred business owners: your offers. More specifically, how to make your offers way more effective at attracting and converting the RIGHT clients—without making your sales pages a million miles long. I want to give you some practical ways to get specific, keep it short, and make your offers pop!
PLUS I have a very special offer with this episode of #Tashmas.
Wait… What is #Tashmas?
I do it for both my birthday (1-12 March) and pre-Christmas (1-12 December) every year! Every day from now until my birthday on 12th March, there will be a new daily podcast episode, with a hot tip or practical strategy as per usual… but you ALSO get a gift! I love sharing the birthday vibes, and what better way to do that?! The daily gift could be a freebie, a special offer, a competition… but there will be something for YOU every single day.

Why Your Offers Aren’t Landing (And What To Do)
I spend a lot of time online, probably more than most people, and because of that, I get a unique view of what’s happening across the Heart-Centred Community (we’ve got over 30,000 members, after all!) and among small business owners just like you.
One trend I keep seeing? Offers are getting more generic and more vague. Plus, the sales copy is getting longer and longer. We’ve all heard that saying, “I would have written you a shorter letter, but I didn’t have enough time.” It actually takes time and energy to be precise and concise, instead of just throwing all the words at the wall.
Here’s what actually happens: When your offer is vague and generic, people scroll right past. Those posts get the least comments, the least reach, the least engagement. If we want offers that work, we need to be specific… but not long-winded.
See Your Offer as a Giant, Sparkling Diamond
Here’s the first mindset shift I want to share: Think of your offer like a gorgeous, ginormous diamond. Would you only take one photo of this diamond, from one angle, and share that over and over? Or would you want people to see it from all sides, in all sorts of light?
When you’re sharing your offer, shine a light on it from multiple angles. Different aspects will resonate with different people. I literally craft 20 different versions of a promo for every offer I make (my Take Off program has over 50!). I highlight different facets, depending on what someone might really value.
This is how you get specific without needing to cram everything into one post: Every version spotlights a different angle.
How to Pick Your Angles (and Get Really Specific)
Start by thinking about the different types of people you work with. Maybe there’s an introvert who feels worried she’s not ready, or an extrovert who talks a lot but doesn’t listen enough and needs to be captivated quickly.
Write ONE offer that speaks just to the introvert. Then write another aimed right at the extrovert. Try it with different money archetypes, too—what do they value? What’s hard for them? When you speak to their actual experience, you get to be super specific.
You don’t need to say everything for everyone in one go. With 20 versions, you can make each message tight, clear, and designed for someone.
Paint a Clear Before and After Picture
Next, you need to paint a really clear transformation, not just a giant list of what’s included. Your value proposition is: what changes from BEFORE working with you, to AFTER? And why does that matter to that person?
Let’s say you help people speak on stage with more confidence. For an introvert, the transformation might be going from never putting themselves forward and feeling shaky, to being able to say “yes” to opportunities and feel certain in their message. For the extrovert, it might be about going from rambling and overexplaining, to landing their point with power and clarity.
If you try to squish both into one pitch, you end up appealing to neither. But when you paint a clear before and after for each type, your offers hit home.
Detail Your Unique Process (But Keep It Focused!)
The next step is to get specific about your process—but not just how many sessions or modules you have. What is your UNIQUE way of getting clients results?
In the Take Off program, for example, every participant follows the same general journey, but I highlight different things for different people. For “Connectors,” I talk about the group connection and knowing there’s always someone to call on. For “Nurturers,” I focus on making sure THEY are looked after (and paid!), not just their clients.
If I tried to include every single lens in one post—it would sound like a mess. So I don’t! Each version speaks to one slice of my audience, in language and focus that matters to THEM.
Making the Case for Their Time and Money
Don’t just focus on what people get for their money—think about their time, too! Sometimes we load our offers with an endless list of bonuses and inclusions, but it ends up looking like a giant pile of homework, not a shortcut.
Ask yourself: For the time invested, am I helping them get results faster, easier, with less stress? Why do this with ME, right now, as opposed to keeping on as they are? Speak to the return on their time as much as their money.
Get Your Offers Out In The World (Yes, All The Versions!)
Once you’ve written those 20 tight, specific promos, don’t just pick your favourite 2 or 3. And don’t just post each once—share them over and over! Imagine your diamond got 20 beautiful photos, but everyone only sees one… that’s a waste, right?
Share every version. Put them at the end of your lives, your podcasts, in your mailing list, on social media. I promise, you will NOT oversaturate your market. With different angles and different moments, you’re serving your audience and truly showcasing your gorgeous offers.
Serve your audience, get specific, and let your diamond shine!
